Septic Blue sent Jason M and David to my home to pump out our tank. On the first visit there were utility line issues he alerted us to and we were able to resolve those for his second visit. He explained the issues found with our old tank and helped us make the best decision regarding the service. He and David listened to our concerns and completed the work efficiently. She advised me on the pricing and after I ran a snake through the pipes, I contacted the company and Stephanie took the call and sent a wonderful technician named Jimmy Johnson. I am appreciative I was scheduled for this afternoon. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He educated me on how the septic tank works and recommendations on maintaining the tank. Septic Blue emptied my 1500 gallon septic tank. They sent a young man , Josh, out to do the work. Josh let me know when he was an hour from arriving, I was given a four hour window 0800-1100. This was just a maintenance call to prevent any disasters. Josh arrived and after introducing himself and a brief conversation he got straight to work. Josh correctly located my service points and dug them out using equipment he brought with him. Josh explained to me what he was doing and what he thought I should do to further maintain my septic system. He told me that they offered an enzyme for the septic system or suggested that I could purchase a good enzyme to add to the septic at regular intervals on my own. After emptying both tanks Josh put everything back very neatly. I will say that the initial quote over the phone is much lower than what it cost me after Josh was done. I have had my tanks drained four times since I have lived in my current home. I did expect the price to be higher than quoted as I already knew the price quoted would be for basic draining of the tank and nothing else. I replaced the filter and the larger tank costs more. If your are planning on having this done I would recommend that you use a Septic Blue or another reputable company to do the work. I have had mine tanks drained every five years. We are a family of six and have three and a half bathrooms. My total cost was $750 but I already expected it to be higher than quoted as I knew from previous service calls that it would be more for my home. It is very worth having this down on a regular schedule to avoid the terrible situation that will occur if you don't do this.

I obtained the services of Septic Blue related to the pumping of my Septic System. My technician was Joshua Murphy, who, my perspective, certainly represented the best of Septic Blue. He was super professional and kept me informed every step of the pumping process. He was greatly knowledgeable of Septic Systems, resulting in a feeling of being in a classroom. This guy is an exemplar of quality customer service-lost by many businesses today.

After the plumber disappointed me, and told me it was septic issues, Robert was professional, informative, and polite. All you need when going through issues of this magnitude. Cleaned up too.   I purchased an older home in October and contacted Septic Blue to inspect the current system. Upon the system failing, Septic Blue did an excellent job and adapted to situations as we received soil tests, permits, etc.,. Having no previous experience with Septic installation, Andy and his team did an amazing job explaining their work to me.
