Septic Blue sent Jason M and David to my home to pump out our tank. On the first visit there were utility line issues he alerted us to and we were able to resolve those for his second visit. He explained the issues found with our old tank and helped us make the best decision regarding the service. He and David listened to our concerns and completed the work efficiently. They were both personable and pleasant to work with.

Andy arrived to service my septic system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Andy took the time to explain the functions of my system. I'm a first time home owner. I felt very informed and prepared for my next service 3 years in advance. My services as well as my interaction with the company all together has been a wonderful experience. Septic Blue was able to service my tank less than 24hrs after contact. I would definitely recommend Septic Blue for speedy, professional, LOW cost service.

My name is Stephen, I had a septic tank issue where my pipes slow drained. I contacted Septic Blue and the dispatcher Pat was very helpful with my situation. She advised me on the pricing and after I ran a snake through the pipes, I contacted the company and Stephanie took the call and sent a wonderful technician named Jimmy Johnson. I am appreciative I was scheduled for this afternoon. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He educated me on how the septic tank works and recommendations on maintaining the tank. He was very professional in every way and quickly resolved my issue. I highly recommend this company to any of my friends and would use them myself again. Thank you Septic Blue for a tremendous job

Septic Blue emptied my 1500 gallon septic tank. They sent a young man , Josh, out to do the work. Josh let me know when he was an hour from arriving, I was given a four hour window 0800-1100. This was just a maintenance call to prevent any disasters. Josh arrived and after introducing himself and a brief conversation he got straight to work. Josh correctly located my service points and dug them out using equipment he brought with him. Josh explained to me what he was doing and what he thought I should do to further maintain my septic system. He told me that they offered an enzyme for the septic system or suggested that I could purchase a good enzyme to add to the septic at regular intervals on my own. After emptying both tanks Josh put everything back very neatly. I will say that the initial quote over the phone is much lower than what it cost me after Josh was done. I have had my tanks drained four times since I have lived in my current home. I did expect the price to be higher than quoted as I already knew the price quoted would be for basic draining of the tank and nothing else. I replaced the filter and the larger tank costs more. If your are planning on having this done I would recommend that you use a Septic Blue or another reputable company to do the work. I have had mine tanks drained every five years. We are a family of six and have three and a half bathrooms. My total cost was $750 but I already expected it to be higher than quoted as I knew from previous service calls that it would be more for my home. It is very worth having this down on a regular schedule to avoid the terrible situation that will occur if you don't do this.

I obtained the services of Septic Blue related to the pumping of my Septic System. My technician was Joshua Murphy, who, my perspective, certainly represented the best of Septic Blue. He was super professional and kept me informed every step of the pumping process. He was greatly knowledgeable of Septic Systems, resulting in a feeling of being in a classroom. This guy is an exemplar of quality customer service-lost by many businesses today.

After the plumber disappointed me, and told me it was septic issues, Robert was professional, informative, and polite. All you need when going through issues of this magnitude. Cleaned up too.   I purchased an older home in October and contacted Septic Blue to inspect the current system. Upon the system failing, Septic Blue did an excellent job and adapted to situations as we received soil tests, permits, etc.,. Having no previous experience with Septic installation, Andy and his team did an amazing job explaining their work to me. I would recommend Septic Blue not only for their quality workmanship, and warranty but also the great people they employ.

Mike was great. I recently purchased our house this was out first time having the septic system serviced. Mike quickly found everything needing to be addressed and explained the service concisely. He was able to quickly provide a cost and make the work happen same day (I originally was only scheduled for a pumping). He was fast, did what he said he was going to and left the yard looking better than he found it. Highly recommend Mike and Septic Blue.

Andrew arrived on time and in a clean truck. His professional manner was overshadowed only by his extensive knowledge and courteous behavior. After a thorough evaluation and discussion on pricing, he got to work swiftly with great consideration of my homes landscaping and surroundings. I had a bad experience with 2 other septic companies and was skeptical about trying another one . I must say this company and the technician that came to my house was OUTSTANDING , Andrew went above and beyond his duties . Desperately in need and they responded promptly. Much more extensive work required involving travel for parts. All completed in hours with good cleanup. All permits and utility line searches performed as quickly as I’ve ever seen. Impressed and grateful. Dallas did it all well!

No one likes to deal with septic issues, however, I will not use anyone else moving forward! Our tech Andrew Fincher from Septic Blue has been so helpful through this very stressful issue. He asks questions, he listens, he advises and truly wants to help fix the issue without excessive expense. Sometimes, it just is what it is, but with compassion and understanding along with experience I know the job is being done right the first time!

  I called Septic Blue due to slow drains. They had someone out within hours. Elijah was so knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, my issue couldn’t be rectified immediately but it was to no fault of Elijah. He was super helpful in educating me on septic tanks and what my next steps should be.

Had to replace a leaky pipe in the septic tank that has been a problem for years. Dallas identified the problems and corrected them. While no one like to spend money fixing bad construction it was necessary. He explained the costs and only provide what was needed. Very professional and knowledgeable in the systems. Very pleasant experience considering the subject matter. Also Laurie was very easy to work with. She was able to schedule me quickly and on Christmas Eve.

We had a backup and needed same day service to remove a clog and pump out our septic tank. Andrew Fincher was our technician. He was friendly and professional, explained each service that was performed, and took extra time to provide some general education about our septic system. We were very satisfied with the experience.

Our septic system needed to be pumped and we had some drain line issues. Septic Blue was the first company (after trying several companies, at least two of which failed to show for their scheduled appointment and then told us to find someone else) to schedule an appointment quickly and to show up on time and get the requested work done. Our service technician, Andrew, was extremely pleasant to speak with, open to questions and he proved to be very knowledgeable. Andrew guided us through the process (we purchased this home late last year and I’ve not dealt with septic much before) and offers several options for both short term and long term solutions. We will definitely be using this company (and hopefully they will always send Andrew as our tech!) for all future work.

Septic Blue did a fantastic job for us. Emptied tank, replaced pipes into drain field that had crumbled (probably original to the house built in 1964, and installed riser that will not require digging up the yard in the future. Our technician Josh Murphy assisted in explaining each step, showing us options and coordinating inspection from the County and getting everything back into working order. Definitely would recommend to others.

Mr.Smith, tech/engineer from Septic Blue fixed the Septic Tank which had not been emptied in 10 years. It took 2 days of work but as far as I can tell was successful. Obviously, it will take some time/use until we have confirmation. He was very careful, explained everything, and ended by covering and grading the dug up area satisfactorily. A man to have confidence in. Thank you.

Painless experience today. They called and moved me up their list due to a cancellation. I’m always hesitant to leave reviews “the day of service”, but he seemed honest and upfront about the good condition of my tank. I’m very appreciative.

Called and scheduled septic tank pumping. They kept in contact up to the minute their tech Mike drove up in front of my home. Mike gets out and walks me through the entire process. He was very cordial and well spoken. He answered my many questions before and during the work. He did a masterful job of pumping the tank and the repair that was needed. He cleaned the area and marked off where my tank was. Mike was very nice to me and my family even to the point my 8 year old stated, "Mr. Mike is a good guy." The price was very fair for the pumping and the repair that was needed. I was even impressed that we were not charged any more than a normal visit even on the Sunday afternoon visit. I would definitely recommend this company and ask Mr. Mike to come out. Very impressed with this company.

I've had septic companies in the past try to come up with charges that weren't needed however some were. In the past I've had to spend a lot of money on this system however it's in good shape now and nothing was needed but a pump out

Joshua Murphy came to my home and performed service on my septic tank. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He let me know everything I needed, nothing more nothing less. Derek was very polite and professional, he did a thorough job explaining exactly what needed to be done to service our septic tanks. He worked in the rain, and cleaned up the site when the job was completed. We will definitely use this company again.

Jon did an excellent job. Jon was on time and immediately went to work, finding my septic system, and describing what he was going to be doing. Unfortunately, the company that had pump the septic system the last time concreted down the ‘caps’ to the tanks and Jon had to physically break the caps up to be able to access the tanks. It was a lot of work for Jon. The tanks hadn’t been pumped in a while so it also was a lot of extra work. Jon was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly addressed the issues and resolved all the problems in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jon and his company Septic Blue. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive.

Can’t sing enough praise for Septic Blue. I had an unknown/undisclosed septic system for the basement of my house (that we’ve lived in for 19 years!) Had a back up, broken lid, and all kinds of mess. Great experience all around!!! After booking the appointment I received a text with the information of who would be arriving and when, along with a picture. (being a female this gave me a sense of comfort) Steven and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would. He took a moment to talk about the issues I was having which lead to me calling him and then immediately went to work. They were both super polite and explained everything they were doing so that I would have a better understanding of what had happened. They even gave me a few tips on how to prevent things in the future. What I thought was going to be an absolute nightmare turned into a very smooth process. They worked efficiently straight through until it was finished (except the two times I took them something to drink and insisted they take a 5 min break to cool off and hydrate. It was 90+ degrees outside). Best part is their pricing was really fair and I have functioning toilets and sinks again! They recommend having my system pumped every 2-3 years and I happily accepted his card so that I can give him a call in the future. Needless to say I'm pretty pleased with the service they provided. I will be recommending them to anyone in need and I will without a doubt use them again.

I began experiencing issues with my water backing up into my tubs and showers. I called Septic Blue and they sent someone over right away. I was one of those difficult customers, where after they dug up my yard and told me what the problem was I turned them away because it was a lot of money to fix my issue and was trying to find a cheaper alternative. After realizing that I definitely needed the work done, I called them back and the manager Bill Dyer was very kind to rearrange the schedule and send someone back out first thing in the morning. Jason was extremely helpful and professional, they were able to resolve my plumbing issues right away and everything is flushing better than ever!

I am completely relieved that this job is complete! Todd did such a wonderful job. He was very thorough with explaining what he was doing. We found the tank, dug down to the lid, removed the lid, pumped the tank, inspected what needed to be done to bring the tank up to code and then the excitement began! Todd had to go back to the shop to get a new lid with a riser. I went to the Department of Environmental Health to get copy of placement of tank and field line. I suggest everyone have that on hand before septic tank pumping. When Todd returned he replaced the inlet and outlet pipes, dug until he found the field line pipe, pumped the field line, hydro jet the field line, reconnected the tank to the field line and then buried the area. He then replace the lid to the tank and buried that area as well. With all the work done it was a late night and I took a deep sigh that it was all done! I am a very satisfied customer and happy this day is done. Thank you Todd for your hard work at my house! Thank you Billy for taking the time to call and answer my questions! Septic Blue ROCKS!!!
