I am completely relieved that this job is complete! Todd did such a wonderful job. He was very thorough with explaining what he was doing. We found the tank, dug down to the lid, removed the lid, pumped the tank, inspected what needed to be done to bring the tank up to code and then the excitement began! Todd had to go back to the shop to get a new lid with a riser. I went to the Department of Environmental Health to get copy of placement of tank and field line. I suggest everyone have that on hand before septic tank pumping. When Todd returned he replaced the inlet and outlet pipes, dug until he found the field line pipe, pumped the field line, hydro jet the field line, reconnected the tank to the field line and then buried the area. He then replace the lid to the tank and buried that area as well. With all the work done it was a late night and I took a deep sigh that it was all done! I am a very satisfied customer and happy this day is done. Thank you Todd for your hard work at my house! Thank you Billy for taking the time to call and answer my questions! Septic Blue ROCKS!!! <3

I began experiencing issues with my water backing up into my tubs and showers. I called Septic Blue and they sent someone over right away. I was one of those difficult customers, where after they dug up my yard and told me what the problem was I turned them away because it was a lot of money to fix my issue and was trying to find a cheaper alternative. After realizing that I definitely needed the work done, I called them back and the manager Bill Dyer was very kind to rearrange the schedule and send someone back out first thing in the morning. Jason was extremely helpful and professional, they were able to resolve my plumbing issues right away and everything is flushing better than ever!

Great experience all around!!! After booking the appointment I received a text with the information of who would be arriving and when, along with a picture. (being a female this gave me a sense of comfort) Steven and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would. He took a moment to talk about the issues I was having which lead to me calling him and then immediately went to work. They were both super polite and explained everything they were doing so that I would have a better understanding of what had happened. They even gave me a few tips on how to prevent things in the future. What I thought was going to be an absolute nightmare turned into a very smooth process. They worked efficiently straight through until it was finished (except the two times I took them something to drink and insisted they take a 5 min break to cool off and hydrate. It was 90+ degrees outside). Best part is their pricing was really fair and I have functioning toilets and sinks again! They recommend having my system pumped every 2-3 years and I happily accepted his card so that I can give him a call in the future. Needless to say I'm pretty pleased with the service they provided. I will be recommending them to anyone in need and I will without a doubt use them again.

Kevin was very professional doing his job.
